• Born: St. Catharines, Ontario - 1955. 
• Studied at Elliot Lake School of Art, Haliburton School of Art and Design & York University School of Fine Arts - Studio Major - Visual Arts - Heinz Jordan Memorial Scholarship – B.F.A. 1978.
• Began career in Toronto and was involved in the 1970’s Queen Street art and music scene.
• Employed as gallery assistant/preparator - Bau-Xi Gallery and later as Flag Ship Manager, Yorkville / Franchise Design and Development, Canada, for U-Frame-It Ltd. 
• Returned to St. Catharines in 1981 to manage the “Frame Shop,” for Potter and Shaw Photo Shop Ltd.
• 1983 - President of Niagara Artist Company (NAC).
• Opened “The Framer’s Workshop” as a Owner / Certified Picture Framer (CPF)., in St. Catharines, 1987.

• Rebranded business as "Elliott & Company" in 1992, incorporating home décor. 
• Named 2005 Overall Canadian Retailer of the Year, by the Canadian Gift and Tableware Association.
• Elected as St. Catharines City Councillor, St. Patrick’s Ward 4 - Prime architect of St. Catharines Downtown Revitalization. 2006-2018
• Led development, design and construction of FirstOntario Performing Arts Centre, St. Catharines.   
• Member of St. Catharines Culture Committee; Public Art Advisory Committee; St. Catharines Cultural Funding Task Force; Museum Advisory Committee; Niagara Region Culture Committee; Rodman Hall Arts Centre Advisory Board; Rodman Hall Coalition.
• Received the 2018 “Making a Difference Award” at the St. Catharines Arts Awards.
• 2014 - Built a painting studio at 79 Chaplin Avenue in downtown St. Catharines.
• Exhibited throughout Ontario and featured in numerous private and corporate collections.
